Perfect for residential, commercial, or architectural applications, this unit meets all British Standards & EU regulations and is suitable for installation on flat roofs up to 45° pitch.

🛠️ Installation Guide:

• Allow +200 mm externally for black border overhang

• Opening size recommendation: Add +10 mm internally (e.g. for 600×3000, opening should be 610×3010 mm)

• Upstand Construction: Use 2×1″ or 2×2″ timber framing

• Foam Rope & Sealant: Place foam rope on internal support baton; use Dowsil 791 black sealant for a watertight fit
