• External glass extends 200 mm beyond internal dimensions (due to black border)

• Allow +10 mm internally for fitting (e.g., for 600 x 1200 mm, cut opening at 610 x 1210 mm)

• Use 2”x1” or 2”x2” timbers for upstand frame

• Apply foam rope above supporting baton for glass load balancing

• Use Dowsil 791 black sealant (do not use acrylic sealants)
